Shipping Policy – Ridgeline Endurance

Effective: March 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle event pack pickup, standard shipping, and local pickup options.

1. Where we ship

  • We currently ship Australia‑wide.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

  • We generally ship to residential, business, PO boxes, and parcel lockers via Australia Post. If you have a special delivery request, please contact us before ordering.

International shipping is not routinely offered; if required, contact us to discuss options.

2. Event packs and event pickup (preferred)

For designated events (e.g. trail runs, ultras, or endurance events), we may offer event packs specifically for pickup at that event.

  • Event packs are supplied on a pickup basis only, at the event nominated in the product description or at checkout.

  • Pickup details (location, date, and approximate time) will be provided in your order confirmation or by email prior to the event.

  • You must bring proof of purchase (order email or ID) to collect your pack.

If you cannot attend the event, contact Ridgeline Endurance as early as possible; we may be able to arrange shipping or alternative collection, which may incur additional freight charges.

3. Training packs, general retail orders, and local pickup

Training packs and general retail orders are usually shipped rather than collected at events.

  • Standard fulfilment is via Australia Post.

  • Local pickup from Beechworth or surrounding North East Victoria is available only by exception and must be confirmed directly with Ridgeline Endurance before or shortly after you place your order.

  • Local delivery within parts of North East Victoria may be possible depending on order size and timing; this must also be confirmed with us in advance.

4. Order processing times

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

  • Event pack orders may have different timing; they are typically prepared to be ready for pickup at the event, not dispatched by post.

During peak periods (major events, holiday seasons, or high‑volume promotions), dispatch times may be longer.

5. Delivery timeframes

Standard delivery timeframes depend on Australia Post and your location, but as a guide:

  • Metro areas: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Regional and remote areas: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch

Express options may be added in future; if available, details will be shown at checkout.

These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

6. Tracking and shipping methods

  • Most orders are sent via Australia Post services, which may include basic tracking.

  • Large orders or higher‑value shipments may use services with tracking and/or signature on delivery at Ridgeline Endurance’s discretion.

If you require specific tracking or signature options for a large order, please contact us before or immediately after ordering to discuss.

7. Undeliverable or returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • the address provided was incorrect or incomplete,

  • you did not collect it from the post office or pickup point within the required time, or

  • delivery was otherwise unsuccessful for reasons within your control,

we may charge a re‑delivery fee or refund the order less original shipping costs and any return charges from the carrier.

If there is clear evidence the carrier has mishandled or lost the parcel (for example, confirmed loss or mis‑delivery by Australia Post), we will work with you and the carrier to determine an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or refund.

8. Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and contents if damaged.

We will investigate with you and the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this site.
