Effective: March 2026

1. About us

Ridgeline Endurance is an Australian business supplying sports nutrition and endurance products.
ABN: 57 643 011 793
Registered address: 54 High Street, Beechworth VIC 3747, Australia.

By creating an account and placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must create an account to purchase from this store.

  • By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or cancel an account if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms.

3. Orders and acceptance

  • All orders placed through this website are offers to purchase products at the price shown at checkout.

  • We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (for example, due to stock issues, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud).

  • If we reject an order after payment, we will refund you in full via the original payment method.

Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

  • Prices may change from time to time; the price at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered at checkout.

If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you.

5. Shipping, event pickup, and risk

Shipping, event pickup, timeframes, and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  • Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide, or collected by you at an agreed event or pickup location.

  • Title (ownership) passes once we have received full payment.

You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout.

6. Event packs and local pickup

  • Event packs: Where you order an event-specific pack, it is supplied on the basis of pickup at the specified event, at the location and time communicated by Ridgeline Endurance.

  • Training packs and general retail orders: These are typically shipped via Australia Post; local pickup is only available by exception and must be confirmed directly with Ridgeline Endurance in advance.

If you cannot attend the nominated event, contact us as early as possible; alternate arrangements (such as postage) may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Returns, refunds, and consumer guarantees

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to these Terms.

  • If a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the failure is major or minor.

  • Our Refund Policy and Returns Policy explain how to request a remedy and any additional voluntary returns we offer (such as change-of-mind returns for unopened products).

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

8. Health, training, and nutrition information

Any information provided on this website, in product descriptions, or in associated materials (including blogs, guides, or event information) is general in nature and does not constitute individual medical, nutrition, or training advice.

  • Always consult a qualified health professional before making significant changes to your diet, training, or medication.

  • It is your responsibility to check ingredients and nutrition panels for allergens, intolerances, or other individual needs.

Use our products in line with label instructions and your personal circumstances.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Ridgeline Endurance.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all warranties, representations, and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms or required by the ACL.

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of your use of this website or our products.

Where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL, it is limited to the replacement of goods, re-supply of services, or the cost of doing so, unless a major failure applies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this website.

Your continued use of the site and placing orders after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
