Why use a training sampler?

Race day is the worst time to try new fuel. This pack is built for:

• One or two key long sessions where you want to test your fueling plan end-to-end
• Working out what sits well in your gut at race intensity
• Getting a feel for taste, texture, and convenience before committing to a full box or event pack

Use it on a long run, threshold session, or race-pace dress rehearsal.

How to use this pack (example session)

One way to test the sampler in a ~90–150 minute session:

• Start hydrated and take the drink mix early in the session
• Use the gel when intensity rises or around the 40–60 minute mark
• Use the chew in the second half to maintain steady carbs
