The PF90 Gel is equivalent to 3x PF30 servings in a single resealable pouch. Use the resealable cap to take it in stages across a long gravel stage or adventure ride – reducing packaging and keeping carb delivery consistent.

Which edition should I choose?

Do I need two packs?


For 115 km, yes.

For shorter routes, one pack is usually enough.
