Smart carbs for around 160 g

Across the chews and mixes you get roughly 160 g of carbohydrate. Used across two bottles plus the chews spaced through your ride or run, that's 60 g of carbs per hour for three hours of steady endurance effort.

How to use on the bike

One block covers about 3 hours of steady effort. Two bottles of drink mix plus chews spaced through the ride. Add more chews or drink mix if you know you tolerate 80 to 90 g per hour.

How to use on the moto

Suits ADV riders on cruiser or scenic days who prefer real-food fuelling over sports gels. Mix a hydration stick into your bottle at each stop. Take chews when you pull over. Lower carb density than PFH or MapleROO, so best for steady pace rather than high-intensity efforts.

Who it's for

Gravel and alpine riders who want simple, evidence-informed fuelling without doing maths on the start line. ADV riders on shorter, scenic days. Perfect for Beechworth Granite Classic, Peaks, and big days out in the High Country.

Brand-pure by design

Every item in this block is Skratch Labs. Real-food ingredients, mixed macros, easy on the stomach. No cross-brand mixing, no gut surprises when it matters.

How RidgyPack Fuel Blocks work

RidgyPack Fuel Blocks are built around hours, not guesswork. Each block contains enough carbohydrate for about 3 hours of riding.

To use them:

  • For 3-hour rides, take 1 Fuel Block.
  • For 4 to 6-hour rides, take 2 Fuel Blocks.
  • For 7 to 9-hour rides, take 3 Fuel Blocks.

Many riders feel best at 60 to 90 g of carbohydrate per hour once rides get long. If you know you tolerate more, add extra gels or drink mix on top of your blocks.

Always test your fuelling in training before race day, and adjust for heat, intensity and your own gut. You can order blocks ahead of your event for delivery.
